Journey’s Most Popular Blog Posts in 2016
In 2016, Journey published 32 blogs, one every two weeks of the year, plus a few extras thrown in for good measure. While most of our writing focused on the pastoral coaching issues, we also looked at the nature of God, the church, great books, and, this past summer, even our favorite European vacation spots (the result of our many years living and serving in ministry in Europe).
Of our thirty-two, here’s the short list, the blogs that evoked the most responses. In other words, the most popular blogs of the year, listed not by popularity, but alphabetically.
If you haven’t given them a read, we invite you to do so. Simply click on the title and you will be directed to each particular blog.
All of our blogs are available at https://journeypastoralcoaching.com/blog-small/. They are archived there for your reference today or any day. Please feel free to share them with others.

What’s Changed: What Millennials Are Teaching Us About Pastoral Coaching
“When we were young ministers we didn’t need to be pastored, so something must have changed in the world, in the church, or in ministers that now makes this “necessary.” What has so changed that pastors now need to themselves be pastored?”
Journey Pastoral Coaching provides pastoral coaching to Millennial ministers.
Saddled with large student debt, just beginning to set up homes and start families, and serving in low paying first and second positions, Millennials are those who most desire but can least afford to pay for pastoral coaching.
So we offer it to them at no cost.
We are able to do so through the faithful and generous gifts of friends who want to see young leaders not only enter the ministry, but remain in the ministry. If you or your church would like to help Millennial ministers in 21 US states and 5 nations build strong for a lifetime in ministry, please click here to contact us by email or click on the link to support Journey through PayPal.
Thank you.
